We want to see more female founders, more female investors. So we're taking action - we're creating an advisory panel and investment committee to support and invest in female-led businesses.

Júlia joined KSL Capital in 2017 to invest in European Consumer, Travel & Leisure businesses. Prior to joining KSL, Júlia worked as a Private Equity investor at 3i Group in London. She has 6 years of Private Equity experience across origination, execution and asset management.

Val founded her first venture ProToGo Foods in 2016. After merging the company in 2019, she became COO of the joint venture and started a hospitality consulting business on the side. Now she's full time focussing on the latter while building 2 new ventures in food and hospitality tech.

Jasmine leads the Portfolio team at Seedrs, Europe’s leading private equity marketplace. She joined Seedrs in 2018, after qualifying as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills. She has worked with over 100 businesses, across a range of industries and stage of growth, on fundraising and exits.
